Would you like to sponsor this popular and prestigious event this September, and take advantage of an ideal showcase to promote your organisation? There will be a great deal of publicity attached to the event this year, using local radio, and wide circulation newspapers.. We can also offer free tickets which you can use as corporate entertainment for your clients, including reserved seating in the main arena.

Recycling

Yet again, this year Fortress is providing all the waste bins for our countryside fair. In an effort to focus on the environment and in particular recycling a variety of bins will be provided in order to separate the rubbish and where possible, recycle. Can we appeal to those of you who will be attending the event to make every effort to use the appropriate containers? Every little will help.

Acknowledgements

Organising and running an event of this magnitude could not take place without the help and support of many people and groups in our community. The Fair Committee consisting of all Parish Councillors has already put hours and hours of time and work into the preparation, planning and organising of the event. As Chairman of the Parish Council my sincere thanks to the Council and the many members of our community who help in so many different ways.
